1. EasySMM.shop Overview

EasySMM.shop is a YOUVENTO LTD project providing online social media related services including consultancy and promotion services for business accounts, content creators, influencers and personal profiles to get more visibility and increase their impact, sales, leads and overall reach.

2. Accounts and orders

You can place an order with an account or as a guest. You do not need to create an account to place a guest order.

To create an account, enter your email address and choose a password. Keep your password private and make sure your email address is current so you can receive order updates and account messages. If you need help accessing your account, contact us using the details below.

Ordering with an account: create your account, add funds to your balance using one of the payment methods available on the website, then use your balance to place orders.

Ordering as a guest: choose a service, enter the requested order details and your email address, then pay for that order using an available payment method.

Before placing an order, check the service, quantity, link and other details you entered. The service description shown when you order explains the price, requirements, delivery estimate and any refill or guarantee that applies to that service.

3. Account balance and top-ups

Funds added to your account balance can be used to place orders on EasySMM.shop. Your balance is shown in your account and is not transferable to another user.

When you place an order using your balance, the order amount is deducted from it. If a payment or balance amount looks incorrect, email us and we will look into it.

4. Placing and receiving an order

Please provide a correct link and any other information requested for the service. If the service requires a profile, page, channel or content to be public, please make sure it is public before placing your order and while delivery is in progress. Avoid changing or removing the link while your order is being processed.

Delivery estimates and service details are shown on the relevant service page. Timing can vary, and we will make reasonable efforts to deliver the service as described. A particular increase in followers, views, engagement, reach, sales or other results is not guaranteed unless the service description says otherwise.

5. Cancellations, balance credits and refunds

If delivery has not started within 48 hours: contact us with your order ID. Once we confirm that delivery did not start within 48 hours of the order being placed, we will return the amount paid for that order to your EasySMM.shop balance.

For an order placed from an account, the amount will be credited to that account balance. 

For a guest order, we will record the credit against the email address used for the order and explain how you can claim and use it for a future purchase.

This 48-hour period is about when delivery starts. The estimated time to complete an order is shown on the service page. If you have a concern about an order that has started or is complete, please contact us so we can review it with you.

Amounts added to an account balance are intended for purchases on EasySMM.shop and are not normally returned as cash. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights that apply to you by law.

For help with an order, cancellation or balance credit, email easysmmcompany@gmail.com and include your order ID and the email address used for the order. We will review your request and get back to you.

6. Emails and privacy

We may email you about your account, payments, orders and support requests. These messages help us provide the service you requested.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us.

7. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available on EasySMM.shop and will show its latest update date.
